Referral Program Policy

Program Overview:

The Givers Referral Program is designed to reward individuals for referring eligible caregivers to our Structured Family Caregiving services. By participating in this program, you can earn a $500 Amazon gift card (Referral Bonus) for each Qualified Referral.

How It Works:

1. Unique Referral Code:
   • You will be provided with a unique "Referral Link". A different link may be provided to you by Givers, in which case it will be the only Referral Link associated with you.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
   • A Qualified Referral is defined as someone who begins service with Givers, defined as getting their first paycheck as a caregiver through the Structured Family Caregiving program with Givers.
   • Referrals already on service with another licensed Structured Family Caregiving provider will not be eligible for this program.
   • Referrals are tracked via a URL parameter appended to your Referral Link. Your code must be present in the URL you share with others and tracked into our system in order to qualify for the Referral Bonus. Referrals without this identification will not be considered for the bonus.
   • Self referrals are not allowed. I.e. You may not sign up with your own Referral Link.
3. Referral Bonus Payment:
   • The Referral Bonus will be paid when the referred caregiver receives their first paycheck from Givers. This ensures that the referral has successfully integrated into our caregiving program.

Steps to Refer:

1. Share your unique Referral Link with the potential caregiver.
2. Ensure the referred caregiver uses your Referral Link at the start of their application process.
3. Once the referred caregiver receives their first paycheck from Givers, you will receive your $500 Amazon gift card delivered to your email.

Important Notes:

• The referral program is subject to change at the discretion of Givers.
• Givers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and to refuse payment if any of the terms are not met.
